[Fix] - Error retrieving information from server RPC: S-7: AEC-0

Scenario :

The error appears when downloading apps from Play store using Android phone.

Error :

error retrieving information from server RPC: S-7: AEC-0

<app name> could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving

information from server. [RPC:S-7:AEC-7 3YGA-G3G7-CV0FK]) This happens

with either purchased or free apps, and with both new or ones that are already installed on my phone.

Fix 1 :

Remove Google account settings on the device.
Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Google -> Delete Account. This will remove google settings of the configured Gmail.
Go to Settings -> Applications -> All -> Downloads -> delete data.
Now go to Settings -> Applications -> All -> Play Store -> delete cache.
Finally go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Google Services Framework -> delete data.

Fix 2 :

Go to Settings -> Applications -> All -> Downloads -> delete data.
Again in Settings -> Applications -> All -> Play Store -> delete data.
Now Settings -> Apps -> All -> Google Services Framework -> delete data.
After performing all data deletion, switch off the mobile and switch on.
Now go to Settings -> Accounts -> Add Account -> login into google account.
Then access Play Store apps without any errors.

Fix 3 :

Go to Android Store.
Download the APK file.
If error occurs with download in mobile, use the PC to download it and copy to the device via USB cable
The soft copy should be made to downloads folder of the external memory card in mobile.
Follow similar process for all required apps.
