The Gunpowder = offer and lighted match stick = Acceptance.
When a lighted match is to train of gunpowder, it explodes and something happen. which cannot be undone, similarly an offer once accepted cannot be revoked.
But in Indian Contract act, acceptance can be revoked by resorting to quicker means of communication, so that offer or learn about before its acceptance.
But so long a lighted match is to shown the gunpowder remain insert and can be removed, similarly an offer can remove before its acceptance.
Thus, the above statement doesn’t hold in relation to revocation of acceptance under Indian Law.

Temporary Change Control	Deviation
Change Control is a formal system by which qualified representatives of appropriate disciplines review proposed or actual changes that might affect a validated status.	Deviation is any deviation from documented procedure selected on purpose for temporary period to avoid unavoidable situation without affecting the quality and safety of product/procedure.

Vendor reconciliation means statement showing difference of Company payable to vendor a/c balance & vendor outstanding balance. It is reconciled from both account balance company and vendor. If there is any advance to vendor it will reduce the balance from company payable amount.
Reconciliation following the below steps,
- Verify that the accounts payable journal was properly posted to the general ledger.
- Verify that the aged accounts payable report was printed after all posting was completed.
- Verify that the general ledger is set to the correct reporting period.
