Dear Mr. Malar,
I just like to take a minute to apologize for my indigent presentation at work recently. I know that I have been coming in late and not done my best work time on the clock. For this I am honestly apologies and I take full authority and responsibility.
About three weeks ago my son was involved in a horrible car hit and he had to be hospitalized for some days. Time he is doing better now object have been very difficult between conduct with the doctors the assurance company and other family members. Now that my son has resolve back in at home thankfully object have begun to quiet down. We have the help that we need for him span I am at work and I am f it to give my awareness back to my work again. I undertaking to do only my perfect work from this end onward.
Thank you very much for your perception throughout this hard time. I really respect your mercy over the past pair of weeks and I assurance that you will not deplore it. Please receive my most heartfelt apologies for me reduce presentation throughout this time.
