Dear Mr. Danny,
I am the very satisfied guest at your hotel under a difficult situation. Last month my husband and I and our two children were in Gardenland for a family burial. I had quickly made reservations for a room with a sofa bed and a cot. When we arrived and went to our room it was had forecast.
Unfortunately, when we returned from the arise we found there was a stream in the room directly dripping on our belongings were in the bathroom. Thanks to your polite staff and immediate approval from you were moved to an apartment for the overflow of our stay. In addition, the hotel paid the cleaning bills for the clothing had been spoil due to the leak.
