A MOTO X force with one year warranty period which I purchased from your store in 228A Columbus Ave, New York on 30 June 2016 has become unserviceable within 1 month of it’s purchase.
I am enclosing here with all relevant details including the copies of my purchase receipt, warranty card and the defective handset as well.
I request your office to process my application and replace my faulty item with a new piece as promised at the earliest and oblige. Please forward the courier to my postal address as mentioned in the purchase receipt and warranty card.
