Communication between an employee and an organization is known as Application letter. An Application or cover letter should convey clarity of the thought and highlight your writing skills. Never use any kind of slang or humor in a cover letter. The average cover letter should not exceed one page and it should be in the following format:
First State the purpose of the letter in the first paragraph. Be precise and professional, First state that which the position the employee or you are in and then mentioning the name of the employee if there were referred internally.
Highlight the employee experience,which are passed a years ,especially international experience, in the second and third paragraphs. This is an individual opportunity to sell yourself drawing attention to your skills and experiences.
A good strategy is to describe their previous experiences from an employer’s perspective instead of their own.
Suggest for follow-up action such as in interview and add a short affirmative sentence about yourself in the last paragraph.
Cover letters should require some quality type and time must be invested in their creation and need to be revised often. hence the organisation will open the door for an interview and it must be utilized to the utmost level.
