I am writing this letter though my interest in the Call Center Agent job advertisement by Zaccson in the New Parkland. I have worked for the past three years at CST Technologies working as a telephone debt collection call center agent and I would enjoy moving into a sales dept like the one available at Zaccson. I have completed my high school diploma in addition to my experience.
I understand the importance of good customer service is principal while we working on the phones. I know I have capability for selling of telephone for sales as I am able to convince people to pay off their old debts and I believe I can convert people to purchase products as well. I have a good knowledge about telephone skills and have excelled as a call center agent at CST.
I have idea about how to use call center equipment, computer databases and headsets. I know the value of using provided scripts when speaking with potential customers. I am very influential and know how to keep people on the phone.
