I reading Great vintage advertisement for a computer technician with interest and am writing to apply. I have extensive knowledge of troubleshoot computer hardware and software and excellent technical skills. I have a USA degree in Information Technology along with six years of experience and I ‘am certain I have all of the required in skills to be successful in the position of life.
In my current work as in a computer technician, I can make the help desk and provide troubleshoot over the telephone and internet to remote customers. Sometimes I use remote access to take over customer computers with their permission to look for and identify problems. I have excellent telephone communication skills and I am often able to walk customers through simple step-by-step solutions to technical problems.
I need a computer technician requires not only great analytical abilities but also the interpersonal skills necessary to work well with others. I get along with my copartner and am very sick person with customers. I treat everyone with courtesy and respect.
