Dear Mr. Yasilin,
I am responding to the advertising I saw on resumes for available hotel jobs at many places . I have three years of experience working the front desk at Best Western and understand how a hotel works. I am a high school graduate and plan to make hotel work my career.
In my current hotel job, I greet all guests as they enter the lobby and as they leave. I take grouping over the telephone and the computer and collect room fees. I complete guest room calls for maintenance needs and room services and am the front line person when guests have a complaint or request.
Whenever a guest has an issues, I first try to solved it myself but if I cannot, I seek the assistance of my supervisor. My goal is to keep all peoples happy and comfortable. I have excellent customer service skills and great interpersonal and verbal skills, all important when working in service industries.
I believed the knowledge would be making a good choice by hiring me for a hotel job. I have experienced and a good understanding of guest relations. I hopes to hear from you soon to schedule an interview and my resume is attached.
