Moreover your team-mates and subordinates have complained that you have not discontinued using abusive language while at work.

Apart from a steep fall in your performance, such unethical behavior from a middle-level management employee is unacceptable.

This is the last warning for your callous attitude towards work and behavior unbecoming of an employee in our reputed organization.

Any recurrence will result in your dismissal from your post of Assistant Manager-Sales.

Since you have been an asset to our organization in the past, I have taken personal interest and requested the management to give you a last chance .

Please treat this letter as the last warning and take appropriate remedial measures hereon to secure your reputation and position in this organization.
