Dear Ms. Riya,

I am writing this letter to inform all the parties that I need an exam from my studies. That would be the coming leap 2017 exam.

I am sorry to say my mother has been verifying with extreme illness. The doctors evaluate even with great treatment her life will only be extended no longer than seven months. My parents are both in agreement that after the first round of operations of my mother state, they are going to move to their summer cabin.

I have decided to go with them. I  Have dedicated my studies and obtain my degree in Business Management, there is no way I could not focus on exams and internships knowing my mother condition. We have come to the agreement that regardless of her final condition I will only miss one exam.

This is not a decision I make, but I believe with my doing the right thing. So please hurry my leave and forward information I need to ensure all my financial support.
