Dear Mr. Maxwell,

At this time, I would like to put in my appeal for one week’s worth of evacuation that would hurry from December 25, 2015 to January 2, 2016. My family and I would like to expend the Thanksgiving leave with our extended family back east and we want to start making organization now in order to make the trip as enjoyable as well.
In expectation of my leave, I have previously started to put together all of the essential templates I will need to fill in for November sales numbers and December sales predictions. I have also argued my leave with my co-partner and have some people who are more than ready to visit to my customers while I am gone. I will take the time to make personal initiation over the phone between my customers and the stand-in sales spokesman before I leave.
