Org\u2019 for delivering a faulty mobile handset which has been giving me trouble from the day I purchased it.<\/p>\n<p>I placed an order for the Sansui 3478 model and paid an amount of $210 using credit-card on 02 August 2013. The piece was delivered on 05 August 2013, a delay of three days from what was promised.<\/p>\n<p>I charged the mobile as instructed in the leaflet, but it never came on. I tried to fix the problem after speaking with their help-desk representatives, but the handset still remains un serviceable.<\/p>\n<p>Despite assurance by the store for replacement; I have not received any till date. I have written umpteen mails to different officers at Hands-On.Org, but with no response.
