So, they are available on every device you have. If you\u00a0haven\u2019t enabled iCloud Photo Library, simply go to\u00a0<strong>Settings -&gt; Photos and Camera<\/strong>. Here,\u00a0<strong>turn on \u201ciCloud Photo Library\u201d<\/strong>. Your photos will be uploaded to your iCloud account.<\/p>\n<p>Now that you\u2019ve done that, and your photos have synced to iCloud, the rest is very easy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On your Windows PC, open up a browser\u00a0window, and\u00a0<strong>go to<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/icloud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>iCloud<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.
