These are not included in the package, and have to be purchased separately.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<em>lot\u00a0<\/em>of patience while entering passwords while logging into your WiFi network, and while logging into your Google Account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[ad type=&#8221;banner&#8221;]\n<h4 id=\"set-up-the-mi-box\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Set Up the Mi Box<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Setting up the Mi Box is a rather easy task,\u00a0if you don\u2019t factor in entering the passwords with a remote.\u00a0Once you connect the Mi Box to power, and to your TV with an HDMI cable, the set-up is actually all about following the steps shown on screen. However, if you need a little more help, here are all the steps in detail:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect your<strong>Mi Box to power<\/strong>, and your TV with the\u00a0included HDMI cable. Press the power button on the remote to power it on. You will use this to turn your Mi Box on, and put it to sleep.<\/li>\n<li>Just below that, is a<strong>circular 4-way button<\/strong>that you can use to\u00a0<strong>navigate<\/strong>\u00a0around the Android TV interface, and to select apps, and menu items.<\/li>\n<li>The button in the\u00a0center of the\u00a0navigation button, is what you\u2019ll use to<strong>select the highlighted option<\/strong>,\u00a0launch apps, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Below that, there are three buttons, this is what\u00a0they do (left to right):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Back Button<\/strong>: You can use this button to go back in menus, and out of app menus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Home Button<\/strong>: You can press this button anytime to go directly to the home interface of the Android TV, no matter where you are.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mic Button<\/strong>: You can use this button to activate the mic, and search for TV shows, movies, look up information on Google, and do a lot more on your Android TV. By the way, the<strong>mic is on the bottom<\/strong>\u00a0of the remote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>The last two buttons are the<strong>volume up<\/strong>, and<strong>volume down<\/strong>\u00a0buttons, which should be pretty self-explanatory.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Note:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>You can use the power + volume down button to take screenshots on\u00a0your Mi TV.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"mi-box-android-tv-interface\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Mi Box Android TV: Interface<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The Mi Box runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and the interface itself is pretty easy to navigate, and understand.
