Error Description:
- In those smartphones and tablets which are suffering with this error; while updating or installing any app from the google play store, it says “unknown error code -110“, or simply error 110.
- You may see this error after the app’s been downloaded, or sometimes even before that. This can occur in your device anytime, even instantly while your device is running smoothly.

Solution 1:
- This is the simplest method- all you will require is to clear the cache and data of your device. For this, go to Menu > Settings > Applications Manager > Google Play Store, and then clear the cache and data of your phone. This method has the less probability of solving the error 110 problem, but still it is useful.
Solution 2:
- Install the apps in your device manually. For this, you can search for apks in websites. This will not be as good as the play store, but there are lots of APKs available to download and install outside the Play Store too.
