[Solved-1 Solution] Samsung Kies Fails to Start error
Error Description:
Kies is installed on your computer just fine, but when we try to open it, it fails to start or the icon appeared on the taskbar but the program itself never opened.
Solution 1:
- Close Kies, and on the computer, go to ”C:Program Files“>”Samsung“>”Kies", open the program called "KiesHelper", which could bring up Kies. Then install the recommended update.
- Also some users have proved to solve the problem by running Kies as administrator: right click on the app, and click/tap on "Run as administrator".
