Manager
New Castle Apartment
Texas
Date 30 May 2015
Dear Mr. Samuel,
I am a resident of Flat-No-46 in this New Castle Apartment. I wanted to bring it to your notice that despite many verbal reminders to the occupants of the Flat No- 56; they continue to take their pet by common-lift and not stairs as was decided in the last society meeting.
The dog is not trained yet and the lift is spoiled many a times which makes it difficult for us to use it when required. I have also shown you the extent of their negligence when its poop was left un-cleaned outside my flat last week. This problem remains unresolved despite several reminders
The residents spoke rudely to my wife today when she addressed this issue and said that they had the right to use common facilities in the manner they wished to since they were owners of their flat. Such remarks in this apartment in which occupants share cordial relations are uncalled for.
I request you to intervene as manager of this society and take immediate action in this regard and make our living in this apartment congenial and hassle-free.
Yours Sincerely,
Benjamin Hilton.

Dear Mr. George Anderson
I want to lodge a complaint against the on-line store, ‘Hang-On. Org’ for delivering a faulty mobile handset which has been giving me trouble from the day I purchased it.
I placed an order for the Sansui 3478 model and paid an amount of $210 using credit-card on 02 August 2013. The piece was delivered on 05 August 2013, a delay of three days from what was promised.
I charged the mobile as instructed in the leaflet, but it never came on. I tried to fix the problem after speaking with their help-desk representatives, but the handset still remains un serviceable.
Despite assurance by the store for replacement; I have not received any till date. I have written umpteen mails to different officers at Hands-On.Org, but with no response. I am enclosing payment proof, warranty-card, and copies of my communiqués with the organization.
I request your forum to intervene and get me justice at the earliest by instructing them to replace my handset immediately.
Thanking You
Michael smith.

Dear Mr/Mrs. Bruce
This is to inform you that despite repeated verbal warnings; the last one given by me personally, you have not shown any improvement and continue to come late for work, many a times in a drunken state. Moreover your team-mates and subordinates have complained that you have not discontinued using abusive language while at work.
Apart from a steep fall in your performance, such unethical behavior from a middle-level management employee is unacceptable.
This is the last warning for your callous attitude towards work and behavior unbecoming of an employee in our reputed organization.
Any recurrence will result in your dismissal from your post of Assistant Manager-Sales.
Since you have been an asset to our organization in the past, I have taken personal interest and requested the management to give you a last chance .
Please treat this letter as the last warning and take appropriate remedial measures hereon to secure your reputation and position in this organization.
