This agreement is to give contract of my work for house construction to the agency as the second party. The total estimated coast of the construction will be around Rs 40,00,00 and as per the contract the full responsibility of building and making it in to a habitant fit form falls with the responsibility of the contract agency.

This includes giving wage, supply of materials, its purchase etc. As per the agreement I will disburse 20% of the total estimated amount in five equal installments and the contract agency is expected to convince me the progress of the building in real terms.

As per the agreement the full finish of the house will be done within 1 year and by the end of the December 2014 the house will be finished.

If there is any violation to this contract, it is hereby made clear that the contracting agency will bear the loss in any term that may cause as a result of their malfunctioning or delay.

Whenever two companies make any such contract they sign certain agreement for the purpose of proof and well being of the business. The company which receives the order from the subsequent company has to write the agreement letter by the name of the company stating that they have accepted the order and ready to make the agreement with respect to the terms and conditions made by the company.
