Dear Mr. Ellis,

It is with worry that I write this grievance letter. But as department head, my treat should be brought to your awareness.

First, I must say I am not the only person who has a point of view here. Other representative has shown a threat about the lack of new ideas being create for marketing our rare products and services. Over the last 23 months, we have seen a slow slide in month-to-month sales and gains throughout our department. Sadly, at the most current sales meeting, authority was passed around, going as far as criticize R&D and our computer software.

This fall conflict with the hiring of the recent senior wrong president and her bringing in a team of sales people that have not managed to keep the level of customer service I and this company have always attach to. Some of these persons are expend far too much time wining and dining with company cost accounts and not coming back with add contracts.

I think it is essential that someone in authority and responsibility analyse this condition before it becomes unrepairable and damage the name of this company.
