Dear Ms. Tulasi,
I am writing this letter to inform you I need to take a sick leave from work due to a throat infection. I will need to remain off work until July 10, my total sick leave two weeks.
A Letter from a doctor is joining to confirm need the time absolutely improve without damage my health. I apologize for any trouble due to the absence of work.
I should able to periodically check my email and do some work, including few projects I had almost completed before sick, from home it possible till I come back to the office. When I return on July 10, I fully knew to do my best work I missed during my absence.
Please let me know if you need further proof from a doctor. I should require additional time I will let you as soon as possible. Feel to contact me at your satisfaction should you have any questions require explanation regarding my sick leave requisition. Thank you for your elicit attention to this matter.
