This is a letter of recommendation for Ashley to become your next RN. Ashley had spent many years with our equipment, but the statement had forced us to change business models and Ashley position was to remove. We sincerely believe that Ashley offers your executive approach to the RN profession.
Ashley is extremely devoted to caring all of our patients. She is often the RN that is requested by doctors to be on hand when they do a negative evaluation of patients. Her hard work has made one of the more popular RNs on our staff and our facility will certainly be for losing her.
Ashley is also truly responsible and dependable. She has never missed a shift and she takes a lunch or break outside of the facility. She is the perfect employee who focuses all of her efforts on taking care of the patients. She is also excellent at completing and filing all necessary paperwork at the end of each shift.
