Xiaomi starts rolling out MIUI 7.5 Global Stable build for Xiaomi Mi 5, Mi 2/2S, Mi 4i, Redmi 1S, Redmi Note 2, Redmi Note Prime (4G, Dual SIM), Mi 3, Mi 4, and Mi Note. Xiaomi before released the MIUI 7.2 Global  update and MIUI 8 China Developer ROM and now rolling out the MIUI 7.5 Global Stable ROM for Xiaomi Devices. The update will already starts rolling out, and users will receive the update via OTA (Over-the-Air). MIUI 7.5 is a major update with many features, changes, bug fixes, and lots of improvements. Xiaomi mentioned on its website that MIUI 7.5 update is for selected devices and the other devices will receive the update in near future.
